EMS Training & VO2 Max Testing
Two science-led tools for stronger, fitter, longer lives. EMS training activates more muscle in less time, and VO2 max testing measures your cardio fitness — one of the strongest markers of healthy ageing — so every workout is built on real data.
- 20-minute supervised EMS strength sessions
- Accurate VO2 max and heart-rate zone testing
- Training plans built from your own results

Stronger muscles. A stronger heart.
EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) training uses a specially designed suit with electrodes that send gentle impulses to your major muscle groups while you perform simple, guided movements. This recruits more muscle fibres than exercise alone, giving an effective strength workout in about 20 minutes, with low strain on joints.
VO2 max is the maximum amount of oxygen your body can use during exercise. It reflects how well your heart, lungs and muscles work together, and higher cardio fitness is strongly linked with better long-term health. During the test you exercise on a treadmill or bike while wearing a mask that measures your breathing.
Your results give us your true fitness level and personal heart-rate zones. We then design training that improves both strength and endurance, and retest to show your progress.

CEO & FounderEMS & VO2 max FAQs
Is EMS training safe?
EMS is safe for most healthy adults when properly supervised. It is not suitable for people with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic devices, during pregnancy, or with conditions such as epilepsy or certain heart problems. We screen everyone before starting.
Can EMS replace the gym?
EMS is an efficient way to build strength, but it works best alongside regular movement and cardio. We combine it with zone-based training from your VO2 max results.
What does a VO2 max test feel like?
You exercise on a treadmill or bike while the intensity gradually increases. It becomes challenging towards the end, and you can stop at any time.
Why does VO2 max matter for longevity?
Cardio fitness is one of the strongest predictors of long-term health. Knowing your VO2 max helps us set the right training targets and track real improvement.
How should I prepare for the test?
Wear comfortable workout clothes, avoid a heavy meal and caffeine for a few hours beforehand, and skip intense exercise the day before.
